Udemy + Yoga Medicine

Tiffany Cruickshank worked as the Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher at Nike World Headquarters for over 7 years. She then launched her own educational yoga company, Yoga Medicine, and asked me to help develop her first online course offerings. After 3 years of course development, Udemy asked us to produce a featured course with Tiffany, which became a top seller among Udemy’s health courses. Working on-location in Sonoma County, we created a comprehensive course for advanced teachers.

Key Challenge + Approach

Tiffany works with yoga teachers and health providers from all over the world, all of whom are experts at what they do, but are rarely in front of cameras. A key challenge for me was to work with each of them individually to address fears and anxieties and coach them toward confidence on camera. Production days included group meals and plenty of rest to ensure the teachers could connect with one another, themselves, and have energy for a couple takes.
